Engine Control

Housed an IP66 Stainless steel enclosure, Engine Control incorporates an easily replaceable single PCB assembly providing engine control, safety management, valve control and optional RF remote control for stop-start, throttle and valve control + local and remote monitoring of engine / pump parameters.
The system can also provide control of ancillary functions, for example starting remote compressors. Engine control is normally supplied with engine oil and pressure senders and with a proportional solenoid throttle control which couples to the injector pump to give instant control response with safety cut out in the event of power failure. An adjustable coupling is included.
Engine control is supplied with a throttle proportional solenoid and adjustable linkage + engine oil pressure sender + engine temperatures sender + pump pressure sender + high gain antenna + cable gland and conduit.
Engine Remote

Engine Remote provides a compact control and information display centre with two-way long-range radio communications to Engine Control.
Housed in a robust Polyamide enclosure with high-quality suction cup mounting and bright daylight viewable LED displays.
The system uses advanced spread spectrum radio technology which has been tested to over 10KM.
Main engine parameters are displayed and operating parameters such as desired engine RPM / pressure or valve setting can be adjusted as required.
All communication is based around a send / acknowledge system with visual indication that a given command has been received at the engine.
The system operates from an external 12V power source and is polarity insensitive.
